Thank you
Amelia, Tom — thank you for the walk round the barn last month, and for being so clear about what you want the day to feel like. What follows is everything we talked about, written down: the flowers, where they go, what they cost, and what happens if the market has other ideas in September.
We take one wedding a weekend. That means the person you have met is the person conditioning your flowers on the Thursday and dressing the arch on the Saturday morning.
The visual direction
Late-summer garden, gathered rather than arranged. Cream and butter tones with a warm apricot lift, deep green foliage, and enough movement that nothing looks placed. Dahlias at their best, cosmos, garden roses, astrantia, and hornbeam cut long so the arch reads from the back of the barn.
Feeling
Unfussy, generous, late-summer

If a flower isn’t available
Flowers are grown, not manufactured. Weather, market supply and the growing season all move between today and September. If a named variety isn’t available or isn’t good enough on the day, we substitute like for like — same colour, same shape, same value — without changing the total or asking you to decide on a Thursday night. If a whole element becomes impossible, we call you before we change anything.
Terms
1.This proposal is held for 21 days from the date above. After that, flower availability and market prices are re-checked.
2.A £1,000 booking fee holds your date and is deducted from the total. The balance is due 21 days before the wedding.
3.The booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 60 days of the date, the full balance remains payable.
4.Final numbers — guest tables, buttonholes, bouquets — can move up to 30 days before the wedding. We will re-issue the proposal if the total changes.
5.Hired vessels, plinths and candlesticks stay ours. Anything not returned or broken is charged at replacement cost.
