Payment by bank transfer to The Hedgerow Studio, sort code 00-00-00, account 00000000, reference EST-2026-018. A VAT invoice is issued for each stage.
Terms & cancellation
- 1.This estimate is valid for 30 days. After that, stem prices are re-checked at market and the estimate re-issued.
- 2.The booking deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total.
- 3.Cancellation more than 120 days before the event: the deposit is retained. Between 120 and 30 days: 50% of the total is payable. Inside 30 days: the full total is payable, as flowers and freelance labour are already committed.
- 4.Quantities can be adjusted up to 30 days before the event. A revised estimate is issued for any change of more than 10%.
- 5.Named varieties are substituted like for like — same colour, form and value — where market quality or availability requires it.
- 6.Hired vessels, plinths and candlesticks remain the property of the studio and are collected at strike. Unreturned or damaged items are charged at replacement cost.
