The day, moment by moment

Clara & Josef · 20 June 2026

Ceremony

Two ground-set clouds at the foot of the stone steps, wide rather than tall, so they read from the back row and frame you from the front. Aisle ends kept to five pairs of low pots — nothing anyone has to step around.

Ground arrangements ×2 · aisle pots ×10 · registrar table posy

Reception

Three long trestles down the orangery. Runners of foliage broken by low footed bowls, candles between them, and one taller piece on the fireplace so the room has a horizon. Colour deepens after dark, which is when the terracotta earns its place.

Trestle runners ×3 · footed bowls ×9 · fireplace arrangement · bar jug

Personal flowers

A loose, unstructured bouquet with movement at the edges — sweet peas and cosmos doing the work, held with a raw-edged silk ribbon. Buttonholes are single stems, no wire showing, pinned the morning of.

Bridal bouquet · attendant posies ×3 · buttonholes ×9 · two wrist corsages
