Yes. Every proposal gets a polished web link — no client login needed. You can send it through BloomBoard, or download the PDF yourself. Clients can review and sign electronically, and every version is kept, so there's never a question about what was agreed.

Does BloomBoard calculate flower orders?

Yes. As you build your arrangements and recipes, BloomBoard calculates what you need for supplier orders and market shopping lists.

Does BloomBoard handle other currencies and VAT?

Both. If you're VAT-registered, VAT is calculated automatically with sequential invoice numbering. Supplier prices can be held in any currency, so Dutch auction roses and local wholesale sit happily in the same recipe.

Do I need to be “techy” to use it?

No. BloomBoard is being built to feel simple, visual and easy to follow. If you can plan a wedding, you can use BloomBoard.

How many people can use it?
