What software can BloomBoard replace?
Spreadsheets, proposal and invoicing tools, recipe calculators, a separate CRM, production documents and event-week checklists. You may still need bookkeeping software for accounting and tax.
How much time can BloomBoard save me?
Early users are creating proposals in around 20 minutes instead of an hour. We estimate around another five hours saved across a medium-sized event.
How is BloomBoard different from a general CRM?
Most CRMs stop at enquiries, contracts and invoices. BloomBoard also handles recipes, flower orders, production, profitability and event-week planning.
Will my proposals still look like my brand?
Yes. Add your logo, colours and fonts, customise the pages and save your own proposal presets.
Do I have to set up my whole business before I can start?

Can I bring over weddings I’m already planning?

Yes. Your recipes are totalled across the event and turned into supplier orders and market shopping lists.
Do my clients need a BloomBoard account?
No. They receive a web proposal where they can review, sign and pay. You can also send it as a PDF.
Can BloomBoard show me whether an event is profitable?
Yes. Compare what you quoted with your estimated and actual costs, payments and final margin.
Can my team and freelancers use BloomBoard too?
Yes. Core includes 2 users and Studio includes 5. Freelancers can use a live event-week link without accessing your full account.
Can I use BloomBoard in my country and currency?
Yes. BloomBoard supports different currencies, including supplier prices in multiple currencies. VAT is calculated automatically where applicable.
Can I send my client’s proposal in their language?
Yes. Select your client’s language and their proposal will be presented to them in that language.
Can my team use it on their phones during event week?
Yes. The live team link opens in a browser with the latest timelines, recipes, checklists and delivery information.
What help will I get when I start?

Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. Cancel at any time and export your events, proposals and invoices. There are no long-term contracts.
